We begin by working with our clients to select fabrics and designs based on the room theme required. Clients are most welcome to visit us in our workshop on
the outskirts of Penzance or we can visit at home to get a feel for the requirements. Clients who live further away are welcome to have consultations by
email or telephone.
Once requirements are finalised, detailed measurements are taken for the items to be made and costings will then be calculated and given.
On agreement of the costings, fabrics are ordered and delivered, and the process of making the items begins in earnest. All items are handmade on
the premises by our skilled ladies.
Items are stored in the workshop until the order is completed, at which point we will be in contact to arrange delivery. We offer a delivery and hanging service
in the locality, or arrange a courier delivery outside of this area.
